Part Two: Continuation of our journey......
Group Picture with Tirutani Murugan Temple Background.
We arrived Tirutani at about 5.00PM.(6) Tirutani Murugan Temple. We had a nice view, seeing the hill temple and the surrounding area which had a serenity and peaceful feel to the place. However the moment we got off the bus, some ladies straight away approached us and asking us to donate Saree's or money to them. The way that asked was borderline demanding to right of them asking us and it was like we were expected to give in to their demands.
We had to move fast and avoid them and make our way to the temple. Our guide found out that, we cant go in as of yet so we had to spend time walking around the temple.

As soon we were allowed to enter, all were excited to queue and get into the temple. We had a very good darshan indeed. However we had nice incident after we past Durga Amma Darshan.
We then proceed to pray to Lord Agora Vinayagar then we went on to Lord Muruga however as the priest was conducting the prayers and as all of our eyes and focus on him, we heard a voice asking us to move aside..as we moved automatically without even giving a second thought, we saw a small girl with long hair with nice red vibrant clothing on her and wearing anklet which made nice soft sound..at that moment no one realised that none of us saw the face of the small girl but the way she walked passed us..it was with authority...as she passed by me..i felt a tingling feeling and felt a strong vibration but as soon as i realised something is not what it seemed..the girl has disappeared..now no way she could have moved past us that quick and furthermore to my dismay as i almost immediately looked for her..found we were actually at a dead end with barricades.
Questioned "Where did she go? How did she go through the barricade which is guarded by guards?
Whole thing happen in range of less then 60 seconds. It hit me hard that i realised that the small girl that walk passed by us was no other then Her Divine Self - Durga Amma. I know of her vibration and felt her divine energy flowing in me..I kept this to myself and made it known to my group as we got on the bus..and now everyone was asking each other who was she and how was it that no one saw her face..but all agreed that what the girl wore and how she commanded authority from us ..no way it was a mere little native girl.
However all of us we very satisfied with the darshan of Lord Murugan and also darshan on a small mystery little girl walking.
This was to say one of first few miracles we encountered in our illustrious pilgrimage....gods knows that we came with pure heart seeking divinity and seeking knowledge of our self reliance of understanding our true soul and our true path to GOD....
We now are on the way to our next town. Kanchipuram - GRT Regency Hotel was chosen for our overnight spot.
07th December 2009 ( 3rd Day of Pilgrimage)
------------------------------------------------------
Early wake up and had breakfast and at 0830AM proceed to (7) Ekambareswarar Temple. Its a Sivan temple with history of the Mango tree there which is burned yet still alive...little miracles...It was pretty big temple and after our Darshan we were taken back portion of the temple where the mango tree is barricaded with a fence now as seems devotees started to burn "sudom" there and caused the tree to eventually catch fire and almost be burned thoroughly...we saw fresh green leaves on the tress which is partially burned...and seems the tress still fruits occasionally.....

Next we proceeded to Kanchi Kamatchi Amman temple at about 0945AM. Amma here is very powerful indeed and devotees can view her from different points. One is from front quite close about 10 feet away and the other angle is further up from another angle but distance is about 20 feet away. But the darshan is always good..soothing....for the heart and soul.
Next we had a small stop-over for Saree shopping in Kanchipuram. We stopped at the Sri Ganapathi Silk and as my sister in laws wedding was near, we bought her wedding Saree...as so after spending about an hour and half we proceed to out next temple.

At about 1130 AM we arrived in Thirukazhukundram. Here we were about to visit the (8) Vedagriswarer Temple. We had to walk up the stairs which were extremely steep and very tiring indeed. We climbed a total of 510 steps but felt as though we climbed about 2000 steps..we were panting away as we reached to the entrance of the temple..as we were nearing the temple bells we ringing indicating that abishegam prayers is going to be begin so all us began running up the stairs ignoring the tiredness.
Reaching in the temple, we witness the abishegam and the prayers of the Lord.It was definitely worth the run up i must say..after darshan..we all sat by the side of the temple and were eating the prasadham given after the prayers and were also taking some pictures as the view from up there was breath taking..as we were minding our own business suddenly i heard a scream and found that a monkey has come and started to grab the food that was in my wife's hand and sat there without fear and started to eat it right in front of us.My wife was terrified..but slowly then she calmed down...as we slowly made our way down the steps to the bus. It was another incident that kind of would make us remember of this temple...
After having lunch..we then proceeded to our next destination..Mailam Murugan Temple. Journey to the temple was around a small hill of secondary jungle. As we reached the destination, we were glad to arrive to this temple. We then saw a step coming up from bottom of the hill top but we don't know how many steps it is from bottom to the top. Temple was white in colour and you could have nice serenity feel to the temple. I suppose it was an aura for serenity..and divinity...
Temple surrounding showed that festivals were celebrated in a very big way in this temple...you can see the shops there and places for more shops...but with no shops...suppose they only open it during festival season such as Thaipusam and the temples own celebration day....but no matter what...feeling and seeing another Murugan temple always is a very nice and we left with a nice peaceful contented heart......
More to Come.......To Be Continued....
